Yes, we do! Colocation can require different plans depending on your infrastrucure. Contact support, let us know your requests, and we can get you setup with a custom solution specified just for you.
Check out our sister brand, Buildurly. Buildurly simplifies owning a server. You tell them what you need, and they will do it for you! Once a server is delivered, it is racked, and connected to our infrastructure within the same day. We handle all of the hard work, so you can sit back, and relax.
For single server colocation, we use the industry-leading Tenantos Control Panel. Tenantos allows you to use power controls, OS-reinstalls, access IPMI, and complete several different tasks.
Remote hands are offered to customers and billed directly from the data center. The standard rate for remote hands is $240 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($60 per 15 minutes). Infraly, LLC DBA Hosturly reserves the right to alter the remote hands fee based on the action requested. In the event of cancellation, clients will be charged a de-racking and shipping fee of $240 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($60 per 15 minutes). Packaging materials will be provided if requested, but are subject to availability. Clients have the option of providing a shipping label to be used, or the company will provide a shipping label and add the cost to the de-racking fee. Infraly, LLC DBA Hosturly is not responsible for any damage caused while the client's hardware is housed at our data center or while shipping.
Yes! We can offer additional IPs if needed at $1.50/IP. However, we must follow proper regulation, thus, justification for the additional IPs is required.
Yes, we can certainly get your IP block announced on our network. We only accept /24 blocks or bigger. Contact support via the shop.hosturly.com client area to get your block announced.
Only full rack customers may access the data center 24/7/365. We must schedule access requests, so open up a ticket and let us know your itinerery, so we are setup for you! If you are a colocation client who does not have a full rack, we can potentially work out potential times when you can come and visit. Contact support via the shop.hosturly.com client area to do so.
Our location has 24/7/365 staffed technicians who can assist with any issues, or upgrades. We offer fixed rate remote hands services, which can be determined in a support ticket. Simply let us know of any work needing to be done in a ticket, and we can get it processed for you.
